Style your story with dropcaps at the beginning of all the paragraphs. Activate the plugin by including a line of the form <!-- paragraph="style" -->, where style is one of:

• graphic: replace the first character of each paragraph with a letter from $paragraph::letterurl
• font: change the color and size of the first letter of the paragraph to $paragraph::fontcolor and $paragraph::fontsize

Configurable variables:

• $paragraph::letterurl: where to find the graphics named by single letters
• $paragraph::letterext: the extension to add to the letter for finding the graphic, i.e. A.$letterext
• $paragraph::fontsize: the size of the font to use for the first letter (default: 4)
• $paragraph::fontcolor: the color of the font to use for the first letter (default: 663333)
