Populates $paypalform::form with the contents of a 'Donation' PayPal form. It only generates the form if you are in a part of the blog tree that contains a special file to turn it on (unless it is configured to always populate the form).

Configurable variables:

• $paypalform::alwaysshowform: show the form everywhere in this blog
• $paypalform::paypalformname: the name of the file that turns on the form
• $paypalform::paypalamount: the size of the donation
• $paypalform::paypalaccount: the name of the account that gets the money

Your PayPal account name is split into pieces and reconstructed so that spiders can't pull your email address from your page directly. Feel free to leave the current value in place :-)
